2. Find the logistics query or similar options in the homepage or navigation bar of the website or App, and click Enter.

3. Enter the number of Tong Yuan Express, usually consisting of 10 to 12 digits. This number can be found in the order details of the purchased goods, and then click the query button.

4. The system will display the logistics information corresponding to the courier number, including the current location, transportation status and history of the courier.
