1. First open the Edge browser that comes with Win 10;
2. Click the "three horizontal lines" icon in the upper right corner of the main interface of the Edge browser (as shown in the figure below);
3. Then click "Clear all history" in the pop-up menu (as shown in the figure below);
4. Check the three options of browsing history, cooki and saved website data, cached data and files in the pop-up clearing browsing data, that is, select the first three options, and then click the "Clear" button to close the browser and restart it.
4. After deleting the cache, close the browser. Move the mouse to the window logo in the lower left corner, and right-click "Command Prompt (Administrator)" to open the command prompt window.
5. In the command prompt window, type the following command: netsh winsock reset, and then press Enter. After the operation is completed, the prompt is like a screenshot, and the computer must be restarted to complete the reset. After that, restart the operating system.
