Liu Bang was born in Li Zhongyang Street, Fengxian County, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
Fengxian, also known as Fengcheng, is a county under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou City. Located in the northwest of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, at the junction of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan and Anhui provinces.
