1 World Chef's Day-The World Chef's Federation proposed it at the 3 1 World Chef's Federation Congress held in Dublin, Ireland in March, 2004, and officially announced that 10 would be the World Chef's Day every year in June, 2004. World Chef's Day was established to raise public awareness of chefs' careers around the world. The World Federation of Chefs was established in Paris, France on 1928 according to the Constitution of the International Labour Organization, and currently has 76 national-level member units. China Cuisine Association 1987 officially joined the World Kitchen Federation.
