1. Use the function of Microsoft Word software: Open the target file in Microsoft Word software, then click the "File" menu in the upper left corner and select "Information". In the "Version History" section on the right, you can view the version history and modification records of files, including the time of each opening.

View the file properties of the operating system: right-click the target file in the file browser, select Properties, and select the Details tab in the Properties window to view the creation time, modification time and last access time of the file, where the last access time may be the last time the file was opened.
It should be noted that the above method can only view the operation record and access time of files on the local computer. If the file is stored on the network or shared by many people, you may not be able to view all the open records.
