From June to July, the early organization of Shanghai proposed to hold a national congress and began to prepare for the meeting. Comintern sent two representatives, Marin and Nikolski, to assist in the relevant work.
On July 23rd, the first National Congress of China was held in Wang Zhi Road 106 (now No.76 Xingye Road), and the last day of the meeting was moved to Nanhu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang. Attending the meeting were: Li Da and Li from Shanghai, Zhang from Beijing, Changsha, He Shuheng, Dong and Chen Tanqiu from Wuhan, Jinan, Deng Enming, Chen Gongbo from Guangzhou, Zhou Fohai from Japan, and Bao Hui monk sent by Chen Duxiu, with a total of 13. Representing more than 50 party member. Comintern representatives Marin and Nikelsky attended the meeting. The Congress adopted China's first program and resolution, and elected Chen Duxiu as the secretary of the Central Committee.
The first Congress of the Party announced the establishment of China, and since then, a unified proletarian party has emerged in China with Marxism–Leninism as its guide. This is an epoch-making event in the history of China.
Later, July of 1 was determined as China's birthday anniversary.
In August, China Trade Union Secretariat was established in Shanghai, which was the first social organization led by China.
In September, the farmers' association was established in Yaqian Village, Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province, and was organized by members of * * *. Subsequently, dozens of villages in Shaoxing, Cao E and other counties established farmers' associations.
