The origin of Linjiang name
Linjiang has a long history and has been a small border town along the Yalu River since ancient times. Xia, Shang and Zhou belong to Qingzhou and Yingzhou, Qin belongs to Liaodong County, and Andu in the early Tang Dynasty, followed by Xijing Yalu River House, Bohai State, Song and Liao Tokyo Oasis, Jianzhouwei in Ming Dynasty and Shengjing in Qing Dynasty. In the 28th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (AD 1902), it was called Linjiang County, which was 2.5 kilometers wide from east to west and 0.5 kilometers long from north to south, with a total area of 5 square kilometers.
