Marotta, also known as Li Xiaoru, was a doctor of the Three Kingdoms. Mallota was an outstanding counselor in the Three Kingdoms period. Marotta's wonderful comments on abolishing Emperor Gaozu told Dong Zhuo to abolish "two benefits and one harm", and then Dong Zhuo looked at Mr. Marotta's meaning in many major decisions.
Marotta is Dong Zhuo's son-in-law, and Dong Zhuo is obedient to Marotta. In Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Dong Zhuo is the chief counselor, trusted by Dong Zhuo, and gives him advice on everything, so he can be called a think tank. Dong Zhuo took advantage of the chaos to go to Beijing, saying that he would surrender Lu Bu, abolish the emperor and move the capital to Chang 'an, all of which could not be separated from Marotta's staff.

Marotta's life story:
According to "Cao Quanbei", "Li Ru's words are extremely true, Sima Ji, 500 rural old people, and 500 Dr. Li Ru's words." It can be seen that Dr. Marotta was born and must be a well-read person. 190, Marotta was the commander of the Doctor Corps of Emperor Han Shaodi at first. When Dong Zhuo led the army to occupy the capital, Marotta served Dong Zhuo again and began to obey Dong Zhuo. Later, Dong Zhuo ordered him to enter the palace and poisoned Han Shaodi.
During Marotta's assistance to Dong Zhuo, he experienced a fire in Luoyang, so the burned city here must be Luoyang. The first step for Dong Zhuo to usurp power was to abolish Emperor Xian of Han Dynasty through Marotta's plan, which was Marotta's first move. He affirmed this move, analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, stabilized Dong Zhuo's prestige in North Korea, and even promoted the historical process of the whole three countries in the early stage.
Later, because Dong Zhuo abolished the young emperor as prime minister, his cruelty aroused public anger, and the governors of the 18th National Congress deliberately attacked him, seeing that the regime was in danger, so Marotta proposed to Dong Zhuo to move the capital to Chang 'an to consolidate the people's hearts. So Dong Zhuo decided to give up Luoyang and began to move to Chang 'an.
Moving the capital caused Luoyang to suffer the disaster of destroying the city. Before he left, he arrested the rich people in Luoyang, hacked them to death outside the city gate in the name of disorderly party, and wiped out their wealth. Millions of people in Luoyang were rushed to Chang 'an by the army, and there were countless casualties on the way. The officers and men defiled their wives and daughters, robbed people of food and took their lives.
Finally, Dong Zhuo set fire to all the houses, palaces and temples in Luoyang. The two ends of the fire were connected, and the whole city was burnt. Everyone knows that Dong Zhuo's cruelty is also the credit for Marotta's climbing so high. Dong Zhuo caused the tragic disaster in Luoyang, and Marotta burned the city.
