Linyi Railway Station, referred to as Linyi Railway Station for short, was built at 1985 and is located on Yanshi Line. In 2003, Linyi North Station was built in Linyi City, located on the jiaozhou-xinyi railway Line. Originally a second-class passenger and freight station directly under Qingdao Railway Branch of Jinan Railway Bureau, it is now a second-class passenger and freight station under the jurisdiction of Linyi Locomotive Depot of Jinan Railway Bureau.

Linyi North Railway Station is located in the southeast of Fangudun Village, Xianggong Town, Hedong District, on the jiaozhou-xinyi railway Line. It was completed and put into use in 2003. Only take bus No.30 in People's Square in downtown area, and the fare is 2 yuan.
