Amendment (1)

Provisions related to disturbing the order of the socialist market economy have been revised (adopted at the 13th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee on February 25th, 20 10, and promulgated by Decree No.27 of the President of the People's Republic of China on February 25th, 20 10, which will take effect as of the date of promulgation).

Amendment (2)

The regulations on deforestation and reclamation and indiscriminate occupation and abuse of forest land were revised. (Adopted at the 23rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth NPC on August 3 1 2006, promulgated by Decree No.56 of the President of the People's Republic of China, and effective as of the date of promulgation)

Amendment (3)

Supplement and amend some articles to punish terrorist crimes and ensure the safety of the country and people's lives and property. (200165438+promulgated by Decree No.64 of the President of the People's Republic of China at the 25th meeting of the Ninth NPC Standing Committee on February 29th, and effective as of the date of promulgation).

Amendment (IV)

Amend the provisions on undermining the order of the socialist market economy, disrupting the order of social management and dereliction of duty of state organs. (Adopted at the 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the Ninth NPC on February 28th, 2002, 65438+)

Amendment (5)

Amend and supplement the provisions on credit card fraud and destruction of weapons and equipment, military facilities and military communications. (Adopted at the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth NPC on February 28th, 2005)

Amendment (6)

Some clauses concerning safety in production, listed companies and securities market have been revised and supplemented. (adopted at the 22nd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth NPC on June 29th, 2006).

Amendment (VII)

Revised and supplemented the provisions on smuggling rare plants, securities and futures trading, tax evasion, extortion and kidnapping, pyramid schemes, stealing other people's information, organizing juvenile crimes, computer crimes, illegal use of military cards, and unclear sources of income for state employees. (adopted at the 7th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee on February 28th, 2009).
