The ruins of the ancient Great Wall-the Ming Great Wall winds for dozens of miles, spanning the top of Beizhai Mountain, and many ancient beacon towers are especially present today; Beizhai Artificial Lake-Making full use of the geographical conditions of the river valley, an artificial lake covering an area of more than 40 mu was built with an investment of 7 million yuan. It is a rainwater utilization project integrating rainwater, water storage, aquaculture and tourism, and has become a new landscape in Beizhai Village.
Beizhai is rich in tourism resources. The mountain field in Beizhai Village covers a total area of 22,000 mu, with diverse natural landscapes, lush vegetation, fresh air, beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery. It is a paradise for tourism and a treasure house for development and investment.
Mount Fuji is located in the natural scenic area, in the north of Beizhai Village. Here, there are deep canyons, winding roads, overlapping mountains and different peaks. The vegetation is lush, and the mountains are mostly pine, cypress, locust and other trees, and the mountains are mostly apricot, persimmon, pear, plum and other fruit trees, with a vegetation coverage rate of over 90%; Charcoal Factory Natural Scenic Area, located in the northwest of Beizhai Village, is named for its rich charcoal. The mountain is a virgin forest area, and the main tree species are pine, cypress and acacia. The rest are shrubs and grass, mostly apricots, chestnuts and persimmons. Under the mountain, and the vegetation coverage rate is over 95%; Wild animals in the mountains include wolves, foxes, badgers, pheasants and rabbits. The tourism infrastructure in Beizhai is relatively complete. In recent years, in order to vigorously develop tourism resources, Beizhai Village has continuously increased investment, gradually improved infrastructure construction, hardened the field roads in the village and leading to the picking area, and ensured the convenience and safety of tourists' picking and sightseeing.
Surrounded by mountains on three sides, the village has beautiful scenery and has a history of planting red apricots for nearly a hundred years. But it used to be mostly wild apricots. Although delicious, it is small in scale. Since the early 1980s, the village has made use of its unique geographical location, soil conditions and climate environment to vigorously develop the production of red apricots, and invited experts to adopt scientific methods to graft and cultivate wild apricots and expand the planting area.
