Legal Analysis:1981From June 27th to 29th, the Sixth Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. The meeting deliberated and adopted the Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People's Republic of China. The resolution made a correct conclusion and scientific summary on a series of major historical issues and lessons in the 32 years since the founding of New China, evaluated and affirmed Mao Zedong's historical position realistically, and fully expounded the great significance of Mao Zedong Thought as the guiding ideology of the Party. With regard to the erroneous tendency of unifying the thoughts of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in China on the line of the Third Plenary Session, the Central Committee believes that it is necessary to correctly understand the historical path taken by the Party since the founding of New China and scientifically sum up the historical experience of the Party in this period.
Legal basis: First, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of China deliberated and adopted the Resolution on Several Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People's Republic of China; 2. Re-election and by-election of leading members of the Central Committee. A preparatory meeting was held before the plenary session, and the above topics were fully brewed and seriously discussed. This plenary session is another meeting of great significance in the history of our party after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. This is a meeting to sum up experience and forge ahead in unity. This meeting will go down in history with the historical task of bringing order out of chaos under the party's guiding ideology.
