What are the functions of gps positioning?
The applications of GPS in daily life are positioning, navigation, historical trajectory and ranging.

Positioning: Positioning is actually very easy to understand. By measuring the distance between the satellites with known positions and the GPS module and synthesizing the data of multiple satellites, we can know the detailed position of the receiver. With the support of electronic map information, we can provide mobile users with information to determine the position of people/things.

Navigation: the process of moving from one place to another according to the location information provided by GPS module.

Historical trajectory: Take the GPS module used by vehicles as an example, the GPS module will automatically record the speed of all driving routes within a period of time, and provide it to managers to analyze whether the driver's working route is reasonable.

Ranging: starting point (default current position), the distance to move to another point to be measured.
