The Origin and History of Wu Luwei
Jiangkou Wu noodles originally originated from Jiangkou famous chef Chen Houying. Chen Houying first opened Shuanglongxiang Hotel in Ding Jie Street, Jiangkou, and is famous for his unique noodle cooking skills in Jiangkou and Wei Qiao. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, because Jiangkou is located in the transportation hub of Fuxia Highway, the land and water transportation is convenient and foreigners come and go frequently. Later, the river mouth surface spread to Chen Houying's apprentice Lin Heizhu.
