The construction of this project will strengthen the basic platform of R&D center, provide technical support for the development of new energy power and control system, and the pilot production line will provide technical platform for the industrialization of products.
Project 3: BSG and control system construction project. The driving and starting motor is abbreviated as BSG (that is, hybrid technology with idle stop and start functions). The system can quickly start and stop the engine through BSG system, and add it to the existing generator of the automobile, which can effectively save energy by 3 ~ 5%. Moreover, BSG system has simple structure, light weight, little change to the original structure of the whole vehicle, and economical and reliable performance. The customer groups of the project products are mainly in the traditional automobile field, aiming at all domestic passenger car customers such as Dongfeng Motor.
Project 4: High-power IGBT and IPM module package construction project. After the completion of the project, the company is expected to become a leading enterprise in the domestic high-power IGBT and IPM module packaging industry in the next three to five years, which will expand the company's product chain from motors to controllers to upstream power modules and make a difference in the field of power electronics. IGBT module is mainly used for the main loop inverter and all inverter circuits of frequency converter, that is, DC/ AC conversion. IPM intelligent power module has been widely used in AC motor frequency conversion speed regulation, DC motor chopper speed regulation and various high-performance power supplies.
