(2) Expressway: use the existing Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway to increase the entrance and exit settings; Planning and Construction of Fangzao Expressway and Deng Tong Expressway. (3) National Highway: The urban section of National Highway G3 12 is planned to be rerouted around the city, and Provincial Highway S240 is upgraded to National Highway G234；; Rebuild provincial highway S335 to national highway G328；; Upgrade and transform the national highway G3 12 into a first-class highway, and the other national highways are second-class highways. (4) Resumption of navigation of Tanghe River: Tanghe River has two operation areas, namely suburb and Guotan, and three hubs, namely Yuantan, Madian and Guotan.
