1702, Le Feng Ming moved the pharmacy to the south of Dashilan Road in Qianmen.

1706, based on the secret recipe, folk prescription and ancestral formula of the court, Le summarized the previous pharmaceutical experience and completed the book Letv's Ancestral Prescription, Shenggaodan. The preface of the book clearly puts forward the motto that "although the processing is complicated, you will not dare to save labor, although the taste is expensive, you will not dare to reduce materials", which has become the pharmaceutical principle of Tongrentang people in past dynasties.

1723 (the first year of Yongzheng in Qing dynasty), Tongrentang was appointed by the emperor as the imperial pharmacy in Qing dynasty to offer medicine, which was the only official medicine. After eight emperors, it lasted 188 years.

1948, Le Songsheng, the thirteenth generation descendant of the Leshi family, took over as the manager of Tongrentang.

1954, Tongrentang took the lead in implementing public-private partnership.

In July, 20001,Beijing Tongrentang (Group) Co., Ltd. authorized by Beijing Municipal Government was officially unveiled. This marks the transformation of Tongrentang's standardized enterprise system, and it is also a major change in the system.
