Can I bring cooked meat when I check in for international flights?
International flights can bring cooked meat into the country, and cooked meat is not a prohibited item.

"China Civil Aviation Passenger and Luggage International Transportation Rules" stipulates that:

Article 36? The following items shall not be transported as luggage:

(1) Dangerous goods, including explosives, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, spontaneous combustion substances, substances that emit flammable gases when contacting with water, oxidants, organic peroxides, toxic substances, infectious substances, radioactive substances, corrosive substances, and substances and articles that do not belong to any of the above categories and are dangerous in air transportation;

(2) Guns, ammunition, controlled knives and other similar articles, except those handled in accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and 39 of these Rules;

(3) Animals, except those handled in accordance with the provisions of Section III of this Chapter;

(4) Articles prohibited from leaving, entering or transiting People's Republic of China (PRC) or the relevant laws of the state during transportation;

(5) Articles whose packaging, shape, weight, volume or nature are unsuitable for transport.

The Civil Aviation Safety Inspection Rules stipulate that:

Article 63? In any of the following circumstances, the civil aviation security inspection institution shall report to the public security organ:

(1) Using forged or altered flight identity documents or flight certificates;

(2) fraudulently using other people's flight identity documents or flight certificates;

(3) Carrying or consigning dangerous goods, contraband and controlled articles as stipulated by national laws and regulations;

(4) Carrying or consigning articles prohibited or restricted by civil aviation other than those specified in the third paragraph of this article, and refusing to correct them after being prompted by the civil aviation security inspection agency, thus disturbing the order;

(5) Hiding or carrying in luggage articles prohibited or restricted by civil aviation other than those specified in the third paragraph of this article, thus disturbing the order;

(6) Forging, altering or fraudulently using the appraisal report on air transport conditions of dangerous goods, or using the forged or altered appraisal report on air transport conditions of dangerous goods;

(7) transporting or carrying dangerous goods, contraband and controlled articles in air cargo under a false name;

(8) Hiding or carrying dangerous goods, contraband and controlled articles in airmail;

(nine) intentionally spreading false illegal interference information;

(ten) taking photos and videos of the civil aviation security inspection work site and the civil aviation security inspection work, and refusing to make corrections after being warned by the civil aviation security inspection agency;

(eleven) to evade security inspection or abuse civil aviation security personnel or other obstacles to the normal development of civil aviation security inspection work, disrupting the order of civil aviation security inspection work;

(12) Found suspicious persons or articles during customs clearance, aircraft safety inspection and aircraft safety search;

(13) discovering a criminal suspect whose residence is under surveillance by the public security organ of a civil airport;

(fourteen) other acts that endanger the safety of civil aviation or violate the administration of public security.
