Tu Shan is located next to Xu Lian Expressway, about15km away from Pizhou City. The town where it is located is named Tushan Town because of its mountains. The town has a history of more than 2,000 years, and its strategic position is very important, and it has been a battleground for military strategists in past dynasties.

According to Pizhou's old books, during the Three Kingdoms period, this mountain was about 30 feet high. Standing on the top of the mountain, you can see the ancient city of Xiapi (now north of Gupi). During the reign of Kangxi in the Qing Dynasty, a major earthquake occurred in Tancheng, Shandong Province. Later, the Yellow River diverted its course, which led to the subsidence of Xiapi City and the loss of heaped mountains. Originally, there were only 200 square meters and more than 20 meters high hills in Fiona Fang.
