Tracing back to the history of Lijin fried dumplings
Li Jin fried dumplings began in the Qing Dynasty and became famous in the Republic of China. It has a history of 100 years. During the period of the Republic of China, people always said "Lijin fried dumplings, Pudesktop, Binxian famous pot stickers" when mentioning local famous foods in Binhai, Pu, Li, Hai, Yang and Zhan counties.

According to the old customers of the catering industry, as early as the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, there were many shopkeepers who made fried dumplings in Lijin County and major market towns. At that time, Shangjia Village in Bird's Nest Town was famous in the county. In the fifth year of the Republic of China, Liu Mingyuan and Liu Fenggang, water sellers in the west street of the county town, invited Shang Le 'an, the master of fried dumplings in the bird's nest town, to the county town and opened a small shop specializing in fried dumplings-Sheng Mao Pavilion. Later, after continuous improvement, fried dumplings reached the level of good color and flavor, and won unanimous praise from customers. At that time, there was such a widely circulated jingle, "Liu Fenggang has just opened a piece, and fried dumplings elsewhere are not popular."

Since then, the technology of fried dumplings in this county has developed continuously, forming a unique style: the skin is golden yellow, crisp but not hard, and the skin is thin and fragrant but not greasy, which is suitable for all ages and can be called a good pasta.
