With China's economic development and social progress, people's demand for geological data information is expanding in breadth and depth. It is necessary to improve the performance content and service mode of geological data achievements, and promote government departments to adapt to the development of the situation and change from archival achievements to service products. Establish product development methods and processes based on user needs to meet the triple needs of the government, geological prospecting units and the public to the greatest extent. Taking geological data information public service products in important metallogenic belts and important economic zones as examples, the development guide of geological data information products is formed.

Keywords: geological product development orientation, socialized service

Preface of 0

1999 since the implementation of the general survey of land and resources, with the construction of basic geological data products as the core and the construction of information infrastructure as the guarantee, the informatization of geological survey and data information service have been comprehensively promoted, the geological data information service system has been further improved, the development of modern geological data information service has been accelerated, the geological data collection ability, the orderly layout of data resources and the development of special service products have been significantly improved, and data and network services have become the mainstream, basically meeting the needs of resources, environment and engineering. Geological survey informatization and data information service have achieved fruitful results and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.

However, with the continuous improvement of geological data information integration and service informatization and socialization, problems such as the lack of standards and norms in the development of geological survey service products and the construction of service system have gradually emerged. Each unit only develops products according to its own existing data and makes geological data achievements that are feasible for its own business. The investigation and analysis of the needs of the government, professional geological prospecting units and the public are not enough, and the service content is not clear. Most of the results can only be used by professionals. Most of the achievements are managed in the form of archives, which fails to realize the real user demand orientation and serves the needs of society, professionals and national strategy well. Therefore, it is necessary to establish unified standard description data, organize data, develop products, improve the form and service system of geological products according to demand, applicable objects and product value analysis, share service policies and mechanisms, and truly realize the transformation of archival products into public products serving national strategies, professional fields and the public.

1 product development content

Guided by the needs of users, aiming at improving the service level of geological data information, and focusing on the national macro-decision-making needs and major issues, we will guide the development of basic, strategic and authoritative service products covering the whole country in the fields of basic investigation, mineral resources and geological environment; Focusing on the strategic action demand of prospecting, focusing on key metallogenic belts, comprehensive exploration areas and important economic zones, developing characteristic service products; Focusing on social needs and geological work needs, we will develop basic service products such as multi-scale geological and geographical base maps, national basic geological series atlases, and geological maps of resource life patterns.

3. Demonstration research on product development of important metallogenic belt

The "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt in southwest China has experienced a complicated tectonic evolution history: from the late Precambrian to the early Paleozoic, the pan-continental disintegration and the formation of the original Tethys Ocean, through the development of the ancient Tethys island arc-basin system and the Paleozoic-Mesozoic accretive orogeny/basin-mountain transformation, to the Cenozoic Indo-Asian continental collision and superposition transformation. Generally speaking, the complex tectonic evolution of the "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt in southwest China has created unique geological characteristics: ① a large number of large and medium-sized metal deposits have gathered; (2) Geological landscapes are world-famous and complete in variety; (3) The rivers are vertical and horizontal, and the landform height difference is remarkable, which lays a good foundation for the development of hydropower projects; ④ The engineering geological structure is complex. According to the geological characteristics and existing geological data of the southwest "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt, the following two typical products are selected for development and research: ① the main geological landscape distribution and geological process of the southwest "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt; ② Distribution and geological characteristics of main rock building materials in the "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt in southwest China.

3. 1 Data collection of existing related products

Through the collection, statistics and analysis of the existing geological data information service products in the study area, no similar results have been found in the products designed and planned for development this time. Geological information products related to the key metallogenic belt of "Sanjiang" in southwest China mainly include: ① regional geology and basic geology, about 402 volumes; ② Geophysics, about 374 volumes; ③ Geochemistry and natural heavy sand, about 25 1 volume; ④ Remote sensing geology, about 13 volumes; ⑤ hydrogeology, about 145 volumes, ⑤ mineral survey and exploration, 28 17 volumes; ⑦ Engineering Geology, about 7 volumes; 8 environment and disaster geology, 129.

Due to the limitation of space, other related academic papers will not be listed one by one (about 60 papers). According to the analysis of the existing geological data collected at present, it is considered that the "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt in southwest China has the conditions to develop the geological data information service products of "main geological landscape distribution, geological characteristics and geological formation process"

3.2.2 Existing data of main rock building materials products in the southwest "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt

1) A total of1:50,000 regional geological surveys have been completed in the southwest "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt, accounting for about 1/3 of the whole "Sanjiang" metallogenic belt.

2) There are 22 regional geological surveys in1:250,000 and 44 regional geological surveys in1:200,000, which basically cover the whole metallogenic belt.

3) There are about 65,438+0,500 reports on mineral investigation and exploration in the whole metallogenic belt, including reports on mineral investigation, mineral exploration, pre-investigation, general survey, detailed investigation, exploration and reserve verification in major areas, involving about 65,438+0,000 deposits (ore occurrences or mineralization points), and the main minerals are gold, copper, lead, zinc and copper.

4) Regional remote sensing geological interpretation of1:200,000 has been carried out in most areas of the metallogenic belt; In some important metallogenic areas, such as Jianshui-Yuanyang copper mine area in Yunnan, a more accurate interpretation has also been made.

According to the analysis of the existing geological data collected at present, it is considered that the "Sanjiang" area in southwest China has the geological data information service product of developing "the distribution and geological characteristics of main rock building materials"

3.3 product user demand analysis

In this user survey, 5 1 user questionnaires were distributed to 16 enterprises, and 46 valid questionnaires were recovered. The 16 units that distributed this questionnaire include government agencies, institutions and enterprises (table 1), and there are roughly 9 major categories involved (table 2); Among the respondents, senior titles accounted for 48%, deputy senior titles accounted for 28%, intermediate titles accounted for 22%, and junior titles accounted for 2%.

The survey and analysis of users' needs show that the demand for geological landscape products mainly comes from the public and government departments, companies and enterprises related to tourism; The demand for rock building materials products mainly comes from government management and planning departments and projects (such as hydropower, water conservancy and transportation). ) planning and construction industry.

3.5 Product Value Assessment

The product value is the value produced by the function, characteristics, quality, variety and style of the product, which is determined by the customer's demand. In different periods of economic development, users have different needs for products, and the factors that constitute the value of products and the relative importance of various factors will be different. In the same period of economic development, different types of customers will have different demand for product value, showing strong personality characteristics and obvious demand differences in purchasing behavior.
