History of Wenta Park in Sanshui Estuary
Tower Park is located in the upper class of Kuigang in Hekou, and Kuigang Wenta stands in the center of the park with a history of more than 400 years. The pagoda is a plane octagonal, nine-story pavilion-style masonry tower, with a height of more than 40 meters, a ground floor width of 7.48 meters and a height of 4.6 meters, which gradually decreases until the ninth floor is 3.73 meters wide and 4.07 meters high. The width of each side of the ground floor is 3. 18m, the door height is 2.05m, the door width is 0.95m, and the inner door diameter is 2.4m thick. There are stone carvings, satellites and seals on the lintel, which were inscribed by Ruan Yuan, Governor of Guangdong and Guangxi, when the pagoda was rebuilt in the third year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1823). Each floor of the tower is octagonal, and two bronze bells are hung on each corner. Wenta is at the estuary. It's very old. It was built in Ming dynasty 1602, and it has been 4 17 years since. 1986, the government renovated and reopened, but it was no longer allowed to enter.
