Nanhuatang Town is located in the remnant vein of Qinling Mountains, the northeast border of Yunxian County, and the junction of Hubei, Henan and Shaanxi. It is the main battlefield of the famous Central Plains Breakthrough Campaign. It is not only a big agricultural town, a big population town and a big border trade town in Yun County, but also one of the 27 key poverty alleviation old towns in the province. It has jurisdiction over 29 villages, 207 villagers' groups and more than 50,200 people, covering a land area of 4 17 square kilometers. The teaching quality of Nanhuatang Primary School has been steadily improved, and the level of senior high school entrance examination has been in the leading position in the county. There were 55 senior high school students in 2004 and 89 senior high school students in 2005. Since last year, Nanhuatang Town's activities to create people's satisfaction education have been vigorously carried out, and Nanhuatang Town and Qi Xin have worked together to achieve the goals expected by the people. In 2004, in the unified evaluation of the county, Nanhua education system ranked fifth in the county.
