Yichun, also known as Dulin and Lincheng, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Province approved by the State Council, an important eco-tourism city in the north of China and a central city in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province. The historical evolution of Yichun;

Yichun's history can be traced back to the Zhou Dynasty, when it was the active area of the Su protoss. From the Warring States to the Southern and Northern Dynasties, it was the site of raccoon, Fuyu, Kou "Yichun Gashan" and Doumo Building. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, Blackwater Division, one of the seven Blackwater Divisions, was the Governor's Office of Blackwater in Hebei Province.

During the Liao and Song Dynasties, it belonged to the five countries of Tokyo Daonuzhen. Yichun in Jin Dynasty belonged to Pu, Lu, Huining and Shangjing. Yuan belongs to Shuida Road in Liaoyang Province. The Ming Dynasty was the jurisdiction of Tunhewei, the capital of Nurgan.

In the early Qing Dynasty, it was under the jurisdiction of Zhang Jing, Angbang and Ningguta. 1662 (the first year of Kangxi), Zhang Jing of Angbang of Ningguta was promoted to be a general guarding Ningguta and other places, and Yichun belonged to it. 1683, General Heilongjiang was established in the northwest area under the jurisdiction of General Ningguta, and Yichun was under his jurisdiction. 1698, General Heilongjiang was under the jurisdiction of Deputy Commander Qiqihar.
