Why is the price of rice in Northeast China high?
I am a high school literature student and a representative of geography class. Let me give you a few reasons.

First, the land in Northeast China is black soil with fertile soil, which leads to good quality of rice and high natural price.

Second, the water resources in Northeast China are particularly clean and nutritious, and there are many rivers, the most famous of which are Songhua River and Taoer River, which make the quality of rice better and the price higher.

Third, different from the cultivation methods in developed countries, rice in Northeast China is mostly planted by one household, so the yield per unit area is high, and most of them are green organic foods, so the price is high because of their good quality.

Fourth, the planting cycle of rice in Northeast China is not like two or three crops a year in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Because of the high latitude and low temperature, the cycle is once a year, and the northeast rice has enough time to accept the nutrition of the sun. The more nutrition, the better the quality and the higher the price.

Fifth, it is precisely because of the long planting cycle that the rice yield in Northeast China is lower than that in other regions. Things are rare and expensive, and the price is naturally high.

My home is in the northeast. I heard that rice in the south doesn't taste like rice, so I have to be glad that I am in the northeast.
