On August 5th, 2006, Xinfu District was named "Bayin Famous Town in China" by China Folk Writers Association and China Art Famous Town Appraisal Committee Federation, and "Bayin Cultural Research Base in China" was established. This not only depends on the long and heavy artistic accumulation in this area and the inheritance and innovation of generations of aristocratic families, talented people and beautiful women, but also depends on the great attention and careful construction of harmonious culture by the district party Committee and district government.

Eight tones art has a long history.

Eight-tone art, as an important art category of Xinzhou culture, combines the tranquility of temple music, the vigorous spirit of Guansai, the bold nomadic art and the harmony and prosperity of farming life in the Central Plains. It is a manifestation of Xinzhou people's civilized wisdom and hard-working and innovative traditional culture. In Xinzhou, Bayinhui refers to the form of instrumental music, commonly known as drummer or vocalist. Generally speaking, an eighth music class has a monitor and about ten musicians. The musical instruments include pipe, suona, harmonica, sheng, sea flute, gong, hairpin, drum, board and bangzi.

Before the mid-Qing Dynasty, Xinfu Bayinhui mainly played deck music, of which eight sets were the most popular, and the peak of its development was in the early 20th century. In 1930s, it was severely damaged by Japanese invasion. After being rescued in the early 1950s, the track was preserved and played in many concerts. In the old days, it was used for weddings, funerals and temple fairs, but it was absorbed by Wutai Mountain Buddha Music in the late Qing Dynasty and played in Zen, but basically retained the folk performance form and content. "Eight sets" refers to eight sets of large-scale complete sets of instrumental music, which are named after the first tune or one of them, such as Dressing up as a Taiwan, Liu, Coming Spring, Coming Summer, Wannian, Coming Winter, Moon Height, Tibet and so on. The other seven sets are Clear Heaven, Push Wheels to Fill the Heart, Twelve Corridor, Proverbs, Complaints, Persuasion and A Lang Road. The eight sets include eight tunes, 79 ditties and 6 1 Kubinashi repeated songs. Tunes come from folk songs, folk musical instruments, traditional operas and religious music. The number of band members ranges from nearly 10 to dozens or even hundreds. Instrumental music consists of one or two people, including a pipe, a sea flute, a flute, two sheng, two drums and two cymbals. According to the occasion and scale of the performance, you can add Ban Gu, Da Gong, Da Gong, Xiao Gong, Yun Gong and Bangzi. Among the eight major divertimentos, only "Yu Lang's Set of Big Gua" is dominated by high and low suona, and the rest is dominated by pipes. The performance style is concise and lively, the allegro paragraphs are lively and cheerful, and the transition between solo gongs and drums is quite warm. In addition, there is a big victory card, which is suitable for cross-street tour. The tunes are rising day by day, long life, Huanglongguan, Diansijiang, spring is coming, and women are sitting in their tents. Suitable for weddings and birthdays, and sometimes Buddhist songs are played. "Victory" shows the grand scene of ancient soldiers' expedition, triumph and celebration. Among them, your legend, crossing the street, beating the wretched, kicking the field and other tracks are often accompanied by martial arts, roller coasters, floats and other folk arts and acrobatics. Eight-tone artists in Xinfu District have profound playing skills, can imitate people's language, tone and crying, and are good at cooperating with wind instruments with different tones in ensemble, making the eight-tone harmony, forming the contrast and combination of all sounds in timbre, range and rhythm, making the small percussion band of seven or eight people play with extraordinary momentum, complete ensemble sound and rich color changes.

By the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, during the period of Sheng Xing, Bangzi and Xinzhou North Road, the Bayinhui began to imitate traditional Chinese opera, and the musical instruments were added with huqin, Rome, Sanxian and cymbals. During the Tongzhi period (1862- 1874), Lianke Zhang of Donglou Village began to learn opera. He vividly imitated the vocals of famous singers such as Sixteen Red, Eighteen Red, Jinlanhong, Thirteen Red, Erfeng and Thirteen Dan, which fascinated the listeners.
