1, library books
The library of Jilin Police College has more than 980,000 books (630,000 paper books and 350,000 electronic books). In that year, there were more than 800 Chinese and foreign periodicals and more than 90 newspapers, and the database resource was 18. The library uses "Qingda New Foreign Language Literature Management Integrated System", which mainly includes: purchasing subsystem, cataloging subsystem, circulation subsystem, periodical subsystem and reader subsystem, and readers can conduct remote retrieval through this system.
2. Library function
Jilin Police College was established in September, 1949. Based on the reference room of the provincial police cadre school, its library has gradually developed into a university library with rich literature information resources, advanced library management concepts and public security characteristics after more than 60 years of historical accumulation and unremitting efforts.
With the construction of the 200 1 new campus, a new library with a total construction area of 5,696.72 square meters has been completed, which has made rapid changes in the library's building conditions, modern equipment, the scale of literature resources, the quality of staff, professional level and book information functions.
