Modern history:

One: the history of aggression

1840 China entered the modern history of semi-colonial and semi-feudal society with the signing of the Sino-British treaty of nanking during the Opium War.

(3) Mao Zedong and others went to Chongqing to participate in the negotiations and signed the October 10th Agreement.

(4) The Kuomintang declared war and the War of Liberation began (famous campaigns: Liaoshen Campaign, Huaihai Campaign, Pingjin Campaign and Crossing the River Campaign).

Modern history:

1949 People's Republic of China (PRC) establishes a new-democratic revolution, ending.

1950 (1) The land reform abolished the feudal land system.

(2) When the Korean War broke out, volunteers entered the DPRK to fight (to resist US aggression and aid Korea and defend the country)

1953 (1) The first five-year plan begins.

(2) Three major changes I have established a socialist system.

1954 Geneva conference

1955 Bandung conference

1966 The Cultural Revolution broke out.

China's legitimate seat in the United Nations was restored in 197 1.

1978 The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee established the major policies of reform and opening up.

1979 establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States.
