Beihai is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is located at the southern tip of Guangxi and the northeast bank of Beibu Gulf, with east longitude10850' 45 "~10947' 28" and north latitude 20 26' ~ 2155' 34 ",bordering Guangdong Province in the east and Guangdong Province in the south. It belongs to subtropical maritime monsoon climate.
