The Historical Evolution of Nankai University Business School
When Nankai University 19 19 was founded, with the grand plan of "ruling the country by literature, strengthening the country by science and enriching the country by commerce", four disciplines were set up. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development at that time, Nankai Business School developed rapidly and had great influence at home and abroad. Nankai University Business School was established in 1929. In 1950s, due to the adjustment of colleges and departments, the discipline of economic management in Nankai was impacted.

1980, the management department resumed reconstruction. In order to meet the needs of economic and social development, the Tourism Department was established on 198 1 with the entrustment and investment of the National Tourism Administration. 65438-0985 Entrusted by the National Audit Office, Nankai University opened the first auditing major in China and enrolled students. 1987 the accounting department of Nankai university was officially restored and rebuilt. In the process of restoring and rebuilding the management department, Mr. Chen put forward the idea of "combining theory with practice, Chinese and foreign, ancient and modern, quantitative and qualitative", and put forward the educational concept of "wisdom and wisdom" on the basis of the school motto of "making fairness change with each passing day", which has now become an important part of the college culture of business schools.

1999 1 The Department of Information Resources Management, which originally belonged to the Faculty of Arts, was merged into the International Business School and reorganized into the Department of Information Management and Information Systems and the Department of Library. In the same year, the Human Resources Management Department was established. In September, 1999, MBA Center was established. In order to meet the needs of social development, a master's center for project management, a master's center for accounting, a senior management training center, a research center for small and medium-sized enterprises, a research center for entrepreneurship management, a research center for corporate culture, a research center for service management, a research center for project management and a case center have been established one after another, which has made the training of management professionals embark on the road of normalization and rapid development.
