The All-China Philatelic Federation joined the organization of the International Philatelic Federation at the 52nd Congress of the International Philatelic Federation held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from July 27th to 28th, 1983. 1983, 12 joined the organization of the Asian Philatelic Federation at the fifth congress of the Asian Philatelic Federation held in Bangkok, Thailand in August, and became a member of the International Philatelic Federation and the Asian Philatelic Federation.
