1. click Alt+T and select the Internet option.
2. On the General tab, ensure that the Delete browsing history on exit check box is not selected. Next, click the "Settings" button.
3. Check the size of disk space. If the space is full, the browsing record will not be saved. By the way, adjust the number of days recorded according to your own needs.
4. After saving the changes and exiting the setting window, restart IE. Check whether the problem has been solved.
If not, you can try to reset or reinstall IE browser.
Note: Please check "Delete Personalized Settings" when resetting (the previously saved history will be lost after this operation).
