This chapter is about the history of the mind, and the author's evaluation of it is:
The history of mind provoked the banner of "mind".
Open the book,
However, it is a history of philosophy and forbearance.
Ye Zhe, a philosopher, wrote a poem for the soul, "Give blood clothes and go to heaven".
Just as He Zheren also took his thoughts far away,
I left the other side of the real world.
I haven't read this book. Actually, I browsed the catalogue. I only read three of the eight works that the author will analyze next. But fortunately, I sorted out this note to record my writing feelings, and did not analyze the author's works too much to avoid deviation.
This is a book about the history of philosophy and forbearance. I am a person without religious belief and know nothing about all kinds of religions. The author regards this "history of mind" as a foundation of her spiritual world theory and treats it as a novel. So I stopped studying the original work and followed the author to experience her theoretical knowledge.
There is a religious story in the history of the soul, that is, burying a corpse on the back of a thousand miles (burying a corpse is a corpse). In a teaching dispute, two brothers and younger brother were killed in prison. Then it took my brother fifteen years to travel long distances and go through hardships, ran to the prison, stole my brother's body and carried it home. People who carry corpses during the day can't go on the road. They can only hide in weeds and wait until after dark. In this way, fifteen years later, they carried their brother's body back and buried it in Gongbei, the tomb of Shengde.
I want to tell this story because it gives me some inspiration. If we just regard it as a story, it is a story full of loopholes, because there are too many unreasonable places. For example, my brother died for fifteen years, and the corpse prison was still there before my brother arrived? Won't the body rot? Brother walks back with his brother on his back. He can only go at night, but it takes him the same time. Did he go too slowly, or did he go too fast when he came back? But in the eyes of believers, this is the true story, because they believe that their beliefs can make miracles happen.
It is impossible to write such a story from a bound and established perspective. Instead, it is the absurdity of the story itself, which highlights the spiritual world of the parishioners and how pious they are. Therefore, when making up a story, it is not necessarily just a story with perfect structure and content, but also a "failure" story, which is a way to portray the characters by giving special story characters the image that the event itself lacks.
When I followed the author to see more than half of the story, I suddenly understood why the author said at the beginning of this chapter why she chose such a relatively complete and mature work to describe her artistic views. Because "it describes the scene of the spiritual world very thoroughly and directly. It is not like a series of works that we will continue to analyze in the future, rebuilding the world with materials of daily life. It is directly a spiritual world. " It turns out that this world is formed by the history of the rise and fall of religion, and it is a real space to tell about human nature.
I didn't pay much attention to how novels were created before. It took a lot of preparation to know that many works were written by the author. The difficulties in the process can be imagined. But not everything needs personal experience, which is unknown. Especially in the study of religion, it took Zhang Chengzhi, the author of A History of the Mind, five years to turn himself into a Dosdani who is no different from the poor peasants in Xihaigu in religion. He proposed that the real history, "it is close to feelings and far from reason". He even further denied the theme of "history", saying: "The Hui people corrected me again and again in fighting Yi Er and Gongbei, so that I would not revert religion to history when writing for them. "We have also seen that Cheng-zhi Zhang has always been like this in his mind, carrying out his emotional path to the end.
This is a few sentences from the book I extracted together, not for discussing anything else, but for the author's serious writing attitude. Anyone who can do what a devout parishioner has to do for five years in order to write a religious work will benefit if the author can learn something from it. It is because of this profound experience that He Zhe Ren was almost completely moved into a "spiritual world" by the author. But is the root of real history handed down for thousands of years too subjective? If we return to the authenticity of novel creation, this "intact" will eventually be far from reality because of the subjectivity of the creator and become a "useless" real existence.
