The Historical Evolution of Xiawan Village
Xiawan Village once belonged to the four capitals in Qing Dynasty, and belonged to Xiawan Township, Yanling Township and Yanyou Township in the Republic of China. In the early 1950s, it belonged to Yanyou Township and Heping Township successively. From 65438 to 0956, it developed into a senior agricultural production cooperative of Wanlian, and it still belongs to Pingchou Township. 1958 It was called Xiawan Production Team, and changed to 23 Li People's Commune Pingchou Brigade Management Area. 196 1, changed to Xiawan Brigade, belonging to Pingchou People's Commune; 1983 was re-established as Xiawan Village, which belongs to Pingchou Township; 1992 changed to Qingkou Town.
