The company was formerly known as Southwest Construction Management Bureau, and was established in Chongqing in August, 1954. 1955 moved to Chengdu, and 1965 was renamed as "One Bureau, Three Companies" of Construction Engineering Department. 1970 according to the decision of the state construction Committee, the original one bureau and three companies were transferred to the first and fourth engineering offices, and the state construction Committee was newly established. The company address is in Leshan city. At the beginning of 1972, the company was managed by the central government and renamed Sichuan No.1 Construction Engineering Company, which was under the leadership of the Provincial Construction Department. 1983 1 1 Sichuan provincial government approved the company to move from Leshan to Chengdu. Successive company managers include Wang Jingzhi, Jin Zantang, Liu, Chen, Ji Xianwen, Zhang Jiafu, Zheng Yinghuan, Lin, Yang Bin, current chairman Zhou Wanli and chief engineer Wang Qigui.
