If your QQ account is frozen and face verification is needed, but the current real name information is inconsistent with the historical information, you can try the following methods:

1. Download the QQ Security Center on your mobile phone and log in the QQ account password.

2. After logging in, verification will pop up. If it is not recognized, click the alternate verification method below.

3. Then click Skip in the upper left corner and verify it later.

4. This login was successful, but it was not verified in the upper right corner. Click My Secret Protection below.

5. Select a face and click Enter.

6. Click Verify Now again to re-enter.

7. Then face the camera.

8. Click Yes to verify immediately.

9. Automatically skip to SMS, and then click Send.

10. Then jump back to the software interface, and you will be prompted that the authentication is successful, and you can identify it next time.
