Jiubao Street, belonging to Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is located in the middle of Shangcheng District, bordering Xiasha Street in the east, facing Qiantang River and Ningwei Town of Xiaoshan District across the river in the south, Pengbu Street in the southwest and west, Jianqiao Street in the northwest, and Qiaosi Street in Yuhang District in the north and northeast.

Shangcheng District, belonging to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, is the central city of Hangzhou, located in the south-central part of Hangzhou. Shangcheng District has a profound historical and cultural heritage. It is an important bearing place of the Southern Song Dynasty culture, Wuyue culture and Qiantang River culture, and the ruins of the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial City.
