Hong (1928—200 1), a native of Pujiang, Zhejiang Province, whose pen names are Tian Ye, Tian Duoye, Liao De and Lv Yu. A famous writer, a theorist of children's literature, and the father of "a good horse". It is one of the "Top Ten Fairy Tales" in China, which is equally famous with Ye Shengtao. Long-term commitment to the creation and research of children's literature. Hong likes painting, seal cutting and calligraphy since childhood, especially literature, and likes to collect folk literature. Before and after War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he worked as a teacher in rural normal schools and middle schools and wrote articles for some newspapers. In the early days of liberation in Shanghai, I worked as a drama editor in the art department of the Military Management Committee. Later, he was transferred to Children's Publishing House to edit publications such as Children's Literature and Art and Children's Literature Research. Since then, he began to write specifically for children. He is currently a member of Chinese Writers Association, Chinese Film Association, Chinese Folk Literature Research Association, director of Shanghai Writers Association and executive director of China Children's Literature Research Association.
