2. Weng Wanda

Weng Wanda (1498- 1552), whose real name is Renfu, is an East Asian. A famous poet in the mid-Ming Dynasty. Jieyang County, Chaozhou Prefecture (now Topp District, jinping district, Shantou City). Weng Wanda was born in poverty, and he was a scholar in Jiajing for five years (1526).

He has served as the magistrate of Wuzhou Prefecture in Guangxi, the minister in charge of Shaanxi Province, the right deputy governor of Shaanxi Province, the assistant minister of the right Ministry of War, Fu Xuan, Datong, Shaanxi and Baoding, with paid military affairs. During his term of office, he got rid of the accumulated disadvantages, cared about people's livelihood and made great achievements.

Later, he was named Prince Shaofu. In twenty-two years, when Ren Zhengding was in Tongzhi, he compiled fifty volumes of Zhengding County Records. On October 19, 1947, he died of illness. Emperor Qianlong set up a tombstone, wrote an inscription in his own hand, offered a memorial service, and pursued diligence. His main works include Poems of Ai Ritang and Poems of Zheng Memorial.
