The Historical Evolution of Bobai County
Before the Qin Dynasty, Bobai was located in Lingnan, where the Baiyue nationality Xi Ouluo Yue tribe lived.

In the thirty-third year of Qin Shihuang (2 14 BC), Guilin, Nanhai and Xiangxiang were established, and Bobai County now belongs to Xiang Jun County.

During the Western Jin Dynasty and the Eastern Jin Dynasty, Bobai County still belonged to Hepu County, Jiaozhou.

During the Southern Dynasties and the Song Dynasty, Bobai County now belonged to Linzhang County.

To the south are Hepu County, Hepu County and Jiaozhou.

During the Southern Dynasties, Bobai County was subordinate to Zhangping County and Bailiang County of Linzhang County.

During the Nanliang period (502-557), Bailiang County was located at the southern tip of Jiaoling Township in Bobai County.

Nanchang county was set up at the same time, and the county seat is located in today's Yashan town.

This is the beginning of Bobai County, which has been 1400 years.

Nanchang County belongs to Hepu County, Yuezhou.

Chen Shi in the Southern Dynasties belonged to the same family.

In the 4th year of Tang Wude (62 1), Bobai County now has five new counties, namely Bobai, Lang Ping, Jianning, Zhou Luo and Chunliang, besides Nanchang County.

The establishment of Bobai County began, named after Bobai River (now crossing the river).

Nanchang County is placed under Nantang Prefecture, which governs Nanchang County. The remaining counties are placed under Zhou Nan, and Bobai County is the prefecture.

In the sixth year of Wude (623), Zhou Nan was changed to Baizhou.

This is the origin of Gubaizhou's name.

In the sixth year of Zhenguan (632), Nantang Prefecture was changed to Panzhou, and the state administration was moved from Nanchang County to Dingchuan County, and Nanchang County was placed under Baizhou. In the 12th year of Zhenguan (638), Lang Ping and Chunliang counties in the province entered Bobai County.

In the middle of Kaiyuan (720-733), Longchi County and Lishan Prefecture were established, and Longchi County (now Longtan) was established.

After that, Shaanxi was changed to Longchi County, and then it was changed to Shaanxi.

At this time, there are still four counties in Bobai County: Bobai, Jianning, Zhou Luo and Nanchang, all of which are classified as Baizhou.

In the first year of Tianbao (742), Baizhou was changed to Nanchang County, and in the first year of Gan Yuan (758), Baizhou was restored.

During the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period (907-960), Bobai, Jianning, Zhou Luo and Nanchang were still in the Southern Han Dynasty.

In the first year (19 12), Bobai County belonged to Yulin Prefecture';

2 years, under Yujiang Road, the road refers to Cangwu;

On June 3rd, Yujiang Road was renamed Cangwu Road, and Bobai County still belongs to it.

1951July, Yulin District and Wuzhou District merged to establish Rongxian District, which belongs to Bobai County;

1952, Guangxi Province issued a document to classify Bobai as Qinzhou, but in fact, it did not go through the formalities of changing the official and did not carry out this relationship;

1March, 953, Bobai County was placed under the jurisdiction of Rong County.

1958, the Rongxian area was abolished and the Yulin area was established, with Bobai County as a forest area;

1970, Yulin area was renamed Yulin area, and Bobai county was under the jurisdiction of Yulin area;

From 65438 to 0997, Yulin area was renamed as Yulin City, and Bobai County was under the jurisdiction of Yulin City.
