Rules for mixed relay finals
Short track speed skating is the main ice event in the Winter Olympics. It attracts ice fans with its thrilling, fierce competition and great chance. This event has a short history. Entering the Winter Olympics from 1992 has increased from the initial 4 events to the current 9 events. South Korea, the Netherlands, China, Canada, Hungary and other countries have the strongest strength in the world.
The men's and women's 2000-meter mixed relay has only been included in the official competition since the Beijing Winter Olympics, with 12 teams participating. There are 4 teams in each group in the preliminary round, divided into 3 groups. The top two in each group and the third with the best results in two groups entered the semi-finals, which were divided into two groups. The top two teams enter the finals of Group A, and 3 to 4 teams enter the finals of Group B. The ranking of the finals of Group A is determined by the semi-final results. After the game, they competed for the championship.
In the 2000-meter short track speed skating mixed relay, there will be four teammates, each of whom will skate for a certain distance, and no more skating is allowed. In the process of skating, those who collide, trip or push and pull with their hands will be disqualified. The disqualified person cannot enter the next stage of the competition, and it is forbidden to leave the runway, slow down, collide or kick out.
