September 18th Memorial Hall is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9:00- 17:00 every day, and closed on Monday.

September 18th Memorial Hall is a special memorial hall to commemorate Nanchang Uprising. Founded in 1956, it was officially opened to the public on 1959+00+0. Nanchang Bayi Uprising Memorial Hall is located at No.380 Zhongshan Road, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 5,903 square meters.

The September 18th Memorial Hall basically displays 509 pictures and charts of Chen Zhan, 407 cultural relics (sets) and 5 1 piece of artworks. The contents of Chen Zhan mainly include the uprising of the new building, the glorious history of the people's army and the restoration and display of the old site.

The September 18th Memorial Hall is a national civilized unit, a national first-class museum, a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, an advanced group of national red tourism work, and the first batch of patriotic education demonstration bases in China.

Architectural features of September 18th Memorial Hall

1. Monument: The Monument to the September 18th Incident in the September 18th History Museum is a hollow body, which is made of masonry and cement. Seen from the plane, the monument is a huge map of northeast China, with a geometric square in front and irregular green lawns around the base. The whole building is18m high, 30m wide and1m thick.

2. Incomplete Calendar Monument: It is a landmark building of the September 18th History Museum, and it is named after the shape of the monument resembles a huge and incomplete desk calendar. Its frame is made of concrete and covered with granite, which is firm and upright, showing the unyielding heroic integrity of the people in Northeast China. The bullet marks on the front of the main body show the barbaric crime of Japan's invasion of China.

3. Bomb Monument: On the west side of Monument Square, there is a stone monument built by the Japanese army that year-Bomb Monument. After the September 18th Incident broke out, the Japanese Kwantung Army erected a wooden board at the blasting site of the so-called Nanman Railway, which indicated the blasting site of the military line in Showa on September 18th, so as to identify the blasting site.
