Who has been a general for eight generations in history?
In terms of time, the Eight Dynasties took at least 160 years, so there should be a lot from the Zhou Dynasty, at least counting the royal families of the seven kings of the Warring States. Later, in the feudal era, it was possible to form a royal family. Look at the surname and you will know that if you don't become an emperor, you can count the two families of Wang and Xie in the Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. The Wangs started in Wang Dao, and Xie Jia started in Xie An. Mencius once said that the grace of a gentleman is cut in five generations, and eight generations of generals are rare except the emperor's family.
