Liu Shaoqi (1898165438+1October 24th-1969165438+10/2) is a native of Ningxiang County, Hunan Province.

Comrade Liu Shaoqi is a great Marxist, a great proletarian revolutionist, politician and theorist, and an important member of the first generation of central leading collective of the Party with Comrade Mao Zedong at the core. He is one of the founders of the new political and economic system in China, and one of the makers and implementers of a series of major decisions on China's socialist construction. He made great contributions to the formation and development of Mao Zedong Thought.
