Xiao Shenyang (1May 28, 750-1February 22, 799), Niu Lulu, formerly known as Shanbao, was born in Erla, a native of Zhenghongqi, Manchuria. He is a first-class loyal minister, a "xianggong", an official of Baiwenhua Hall, and a scholar. His duties mainly include the chief bachelor of cabinet, the chief minister of military aircraft and the official department.

Liu Yong (1719 ——1804), whose real name is Chongru, was born in Dangshan, Anhui Province. He has served as a magistrate in Jishi Shu, a magistrate in jiangning house, a bachelor in cabinet and a bachelor in Tijen Hall.
