After more than eight months' renovation and upgrading, Zhengzhou Shangdu National Archaeological Site Park reopened on June 26th, giving people another "punching place" for sightseeing, leisure and appreciation of business culture with a brand-new look.

Zhengzhou shopping mall site

With a history of more than 3,600 years, Zhengzhou Mall is Dubo, the first capital of China in Shang Dynasty. It is one of the few large-scale city sites in the history of early civilization in the world, and it is also the physical witness of the continuation of Chinese civilization and communication, which provides important evidence for Zhengzhou to become a national historical and cultural city and be listed as one of the "eight ancient capitals" in China.

Park scale

The park covers a total area of more than 400,000 square meters, with an open area of 6.5438+0.7 million square meters and a green area of 6.5438+0.5 million square meters. It is the largest archaeological site park in Henan Province at present.

Zhengzhou Shangdu Ruins Museum is located in Zhengzhou Shangdu Ruins Museum near the intersection of Chengdong Road and Dongda Street in Guancheng Hui Autonomous Region. As a special site museum, it will truly, completely and intuitively interpret the history and culture of the early capital of Shang Dynasty more than 3,600 years ago. After four or five years of construction, it has begun to take shape, with an exhibition area of about 5500 square meters. It is planned to open in August to welcome guests.

The total exhibition area of Shangdu Ruins Museum is about 5,500 square meters, including preface hall, four basic exhibition halls, special exhibition halls and temporary exhibition halls. Among them, the ground is a building with 2 to 3 floors, with exhibition hall, laboratory and cultural relics restoration office; There are two underground floors, mainly cultural relics warehouse and equipment room. These spaces can provide a good venue for the exhibition, protection, restoration and research of cultural relics.
