In the team, select the profile picture next to the ellipsis ("..."), and then click about > Version to display a banner showing the current version of the team and the last update time. For example, you have MicrosoftTeams version 1.5.00.3806(64-bit)-e. It was last updated on February 16, 2022. Open the ellipsis menu again, and then click Check for Updates. The banner at the top of the waiting application indicates that the team needs to "refresh". After downloading the new version of Teams during this process, the link should be displayed in about 1 minute. Through this banner, you can also know whether you are running the latest version. If so, you don't need to update it. Click the refresh link on the banner. Wait for the team to restart, and then repeat step 1 to see if the application has been updated.
