The Yongjia Rebellion in the Western Jin Dynasty resulted in the loss of literary works, the destruction of modern ancient prose and even the destruction of stone scriptures. Sima fled to the south of the Yangtze River to establish the Eastern Jin Dynasty, and still relied on Confucianism to maintain his rule and extensively sought classics. In Zhang Yu, Shi Mei presented an ancient history, including 58 classics, including 28 articles from the Western Han Dynasty.
But it is divided into thirty-three articles (the second half of Yao Dian is Shun Dian, the second half of Hao Tao Mo is Yi Di, the second half of Gu Ming is patented by Kang Wang, and Pan Geng is still divided into three articles).
Eighteen topics were selected from hundreds of prefaces, and some ancient books at that time were collected to write 22 articles (three in Taijia and three in Ming Shou). Three in Taishi were newly written and 25 were pseudo-ancient prose, which was used to supplement the number of 58 ancient prose mentioned by Liu Xiang and Zheng Xuan. Each chapter in the book has notes marked "Biography of Kong Anguo" and "Preface to Kong Anguo".
Judging from Historical Records and Hanshu, Kong Anguo didn't do these things. Article 25 is inconsistent with Article 16 of Kong Anguo's Yi Shu quoted by Liu Xin, and its defects obviously exist.
