The story of "Du Kang drunk Liu Ling" has been legendary for hundreds of generations. The ancient book wrote: "Du Kang is the best wine in the world, and Liu Ling has the largest capacity for drinking. He drank three cups of Dukang wine and was drunk for three years." That's what happened. Liu Ling was one of the "Seven Sages of Bamboo Forest" in Jin Dynasty, and was famous for drinking and being able to drink. The capacity for drinking is unparalleled in the world. He was dissatisfied with the powerful people of the dynasty, traveling around and drinking and having fun. On one occasion, Liu Ling came to the south of Luoyang and walked to the door of Du Kang Hotel. Looking up, there is a pair of couplets on the door, which reads: there are tigers drunk in the mountains and dragons sleeping under the sea.

The top horizontal batch is: three years without drunkenness, no charge.

When Liu Ling saw these shoes, she was very angry. She said to herself, you've never been to a bar before. Everyone knows that Liu Ling is good at drinking! I have drunk the Oriental Sea in the east, the old Sichuan in the west, Yunnan in the south and the Great Wall in the north. I drank it all over, but I didn't get drunk for a long time. I'm not here today. How dare you talk so much? You go into a pub in a rage, drink all your jars and ask you to close the door within three days. Liu Ling entered the bar with gasoline. Du Kang took out the wine for him to drink. After one drink, Du Kang advised him not to drink. He refused and asked for a second cup. After the second cup, Liu Ling will drink more, Du Kang said, and then she will get drunk. He didn't listen and asked for a third cup. After three glasses of wine, Liu Ling said, "The first glass of wine is as sweet as honey, and the second is sweeter than honey. After drinking three cups, I just felt dizzy and my eyes were blue. I only think that tables and chairs, pots and pans can move my home. " He was drunk. Liu Ling walked home from the hotel, wobbling all the way, mumbling. When I got home, Liu Ling was drunk. He told his wife, "I'm going to die. Bury me in the wine pool, cover me with distiller's grains, and put a small handleless wine cup and a hip flask in my coffin. " Say that finish, Liu Ling is dead. He loved drinking all his life, so his daughter-in-law buried him as he said. Unconsciously, three years have passed. One day, Du Kang came to Murakami to look for Liu Ling. The villagers showed him Liu Ling's home. Du Kang came forward to open the door, and Liu Ling's daughter-in-law came out and asked, What's the matter? Du Kang said that Liu Ling drank his wine three years ago and didn't pay. Liu Ling's daughter-in-law was very angry and said, "I don't know whose wine he drank three years ago, but he died when he came back. It turned out that he was drinking your wine! You are still asking for drinks, and I have to ask you for someone else! " Du Kang said, "He's not dead, he's drunk. Go, go, take me to the place where he was buried. " In this way, they came to the place where Liu Ling was buried, dug up the grave and opened the coffin. When they saw it, Liu Ling was neatly dressed and ruddy, just like before she died. Du Kang patted him on the shoulder and shouted, "Liu Ling, wake up." As expected, Liu Ling yawned, stretched out his arm, opened his eyes, and repeatedly shouted: "Good wine in Du Kang, good wine in Du Kang." Since then, the story of "Dukang wine, drunk for three years" has spread. Later, it is said that Du Kang and Liu Ling both became immortals and went to heaven. Du Kang got Liu Ling drunk, and that's how Liu Ling became immortal.
