Let's talk about Zhang Yiquan, Cao Xueqin's good friend after he moved to Xishan. He became good friends at Cao Xueqin's residence. Zhang Yiquan is more than ten years older than Cao Xueqin, so he must know clearly what Cao Xueqin really looks like. It is worth noting that Zhang Yiquan said that Cao Xueqin was "free in human nature" in Poetry in the Spring Willow Hall, and he could paint poems and paintings with a free personality. His appearance described the real Cao Xueqin in the text: "The head is wide and fat, and the color is black." It can be seen from these words that Cao Xueqin is not good-looking. He is black and fat, with a wide forehead, and he feels more like a big man in Northeast China.

There are also works by Aisingiorro Yu Rui, the imperial clan of the Qing Dynasty, but Yu Rui doesn't know Cao Xueqin. He learned about Cao Xueqin from others. Yu Rui said, "The word Xueqin is its character and horn. I don't know his name, Cao surname, Han Bing or his flag. I heard that my predecessors are friends with them. " The word "smell" shows that his record of Cao Xueqin in "Jujube Window Gossip" is hearsay. So it's not true, just what I heard and imagined.

This is very different from Cao Xueqin, a great genius with a well-proportioned figure. Of course, as the saying goes, it is not necessarily gold that shines. What he looks like has nothing to do with us, as long as his classics are beautiful.
